The award-winning MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant at the Victoria Falls Safari Lodge is not to be missed. The restaurant is widely-known for its amazing views overlooking a game-rich waterhole.

MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant,which is open-air on three sides, is perhaps, the only restaurant in the world where diners have the opportunity to indulge in a spot of fine dining while watching elephants drinking and frolicking at the waterhole below.

Breakfast consists of an extensive continental buffet and an a la carte selection of cooked dishes, such as Dawn Treat, crispy fried eggs with grilled bacon wrapped chicken livers and onion timbale served with a homemade chilly relish. The lunch menu the likes of a Cajun chicken and mango salad, or a choice of venison, chicken and mushroom or vegetable pies served with fries and salad. The a la carte dinner menu includes popular local dishes such as the char-grilled warthog and pan fried bream.

MaKuwa-Kuwa Restaurant is open for breakfast from 7am to 10am, lunch from 12.30pm to 2pm and dinner from 7pm to 10pm. Bookings are essential for dinner. The dress code is smart-casual.
