VICTORIA FALLS CHEESE POTATO SOUP (CRISPY BACON STRIP-optional)
METHOD
- Peel the potato cut into dices
- Finely chop the onions, celery and leeks
- In a hot pan add butter and oil
- Put the cut vegetables onto the sauce pan
- Add vegetable stock and season
- Simmer until the potatoes are completely cooked
- Blend and finish off with fresh cream, crispy strips of bacon, red peppers juliennes and serve
